Trenchless Sewer Repair

Modern Solutions Without Tearing Up Your Yard

When traditional excavation would destroy your landscaping, driveway, or patio, trenchless

technology offers a better way. We can repair or replace damaged sewer lines with minimal

disruption to your property.

What Is Trenchless Repair? Trenchless technology allows us to repair or replace

underground pipes without extensive digging. Instead of excavating your entire yard, we

typically need just two small access points.

Two Main Methods:

Pipe Lining (CIPP - Cured-In-Place Pipe): We insert a resin-saturated liner into your

existing pipe, inflate it, and cure it in place. The result is a new pipe within your old pipe—

sealing cracks and preventing root intrusion.

  • Best for: Pipes with cracks, leaks, or minor damage
  • Lifespan: 50+ years
  • Minimal excavation required

Pipe Bursting: We pull a new pipe through your old one while simultaneously breaking apart

the old pipe. You get a completely new line without trenching your entire yard.

  • Best for: Severely damaged, collapsed, or undersized pipes
  • Allows for upsizing pipe diameter
  • Faster than traditional excavation

Advantages of Trenchless Repair:

  • Preserves landscaping, driveways, and hardscaping
  • Faster completion (often 1-2 days vs. 1 week+)
  • Less disruptive to your daily life
  • Often more cost-effective when considering restoration costs
  • Environmentally friendly

When Trenchless Isn’t Possible:

  • Severely collapsed pipe sections
  • Extreme pipe bellies or back-pitched sections
  • Certain pipe materials or configurations
  • Very limited access points

Our Process: We always start with video inspection to determine if your sewer line is a

good candidate for trenchless repair. If it is, we’ll provide a detailed estimate comparing

trenchless and traditional options.

Typical Timeline: 1-2 days for most residential applications

Price: Varies by length and method | Typically competitive with traditional repair when

factoring in restoration costs
